About us
Making plastic bottles and caps in Guadalajara, Jalisco since 2010, with in-house molds and a certified food safety system.
We started on September 15, 2010 with the vision of our founder and general director, with a single machine and a single product: an Italian extrusion blow molder and a polyethylene cylinder round, from 225 to 1000 mL.
Today we make a wide range of bottles and caps in high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polypropylene (PP) and PET.
Our capability goes beyond catalog products. We work hand in hand with our customers to develop custom bottles, turning their needs and ideas into packaging solutions designed specifically for their products.
Our commitment to the quality and safety of our processes is backed by a Food Safety Management System certified to ISO 22000 since 2026.
The key to success is consistency in continuous improvement. Small daily changes lead to big results.
We are a Guadalajara company with a strong human sense and a service vocation, dedicated to manufacturing and selling plastic bottles and caps.
To be the leading company in the national market, positioning our brand in our customers’ minds through excellent service and unbeatable quality.
On September 15, 2010 the plant started with our founder’s vision: an Italian extrusion blow molder for high-density polyethylene and the cylinder round in six capacities, from 225 to 1000 mL. Screen printing came in that same year.
In 2013 the first 110-ton Japanese injection molder arrived, used to make the R-28 cap for the alcohol bottle. In September 2015 a new blow molder came in, and with it the acetone bottle.
In 2016 the PET preform blow molder came in: 960 and 440 mL Piña bottles, water bottles and flasks. In 2017 the compression machine for the long-neck cap arrived, and in May 2018 a higher-capacity blow molder, which brought the 150 mL packer bottle.
Between 2019 and 2021 two 180-ton Japanese injection molders arrived, starting the flip-top cap, the child-resistant cap, the water cap and the jars, plus a 5-liter blow molder and the first Japanese PET injection blow molder. In 2023 a high-capacity machine came in and the plant moved to an integrated process: the same machine injects the preform and blows it.
In 2024 two more high-capacity machines arrived and the water bottle started. On February 6, 2026 the ISO 22000:2018 food safety management certification was obtained, and that year a third Japanese PET injection blow molder and a fifth high-capacity machine came in, used to make the 5-liter Piña bottle and the flasks.
We are committed to maintaining and reviewing the quality and food safety management system in the manufacture, distribution and sale of plastic supplies, to meet our customers’ needs in line with regulatory requirements and the organization’s objectives; through effective communication with all interested parties and the strengthening and development of our people, focused on continuous improvement.
